Spiced Clementine Cocktail

It may sound like a festive favourite, but this drink can be enjoyed all year round. The subtle sweetness of clementines is the perfect sparring partner for the hint of cinnamon in the tonic water, and the two come together with the exotic spices of Opihr Gin and rosemary to create a warm G&T with a surprisingly sweet edge.

  • 50ml (2fl oz) Opihr Gin
  • Fever-Tree Clementine Tonic Water, to top up
  • Clementine or orange wedge, to garnish

Add the gin to a highball glass filled with ice cubes. Top up with the tonic water. Garnish with a clementine or orange wedge.

WITH A TWIST

  • 30ml (2 tablespoons) Opihr Gin
  • 3 teaspoons Grand Marnier
  • 2 clementine or orange wedges, plus an extra wedge to garnish
  • Fever-Tree Clementine Tonic Water, to top up
  • Small rosemary sprig, to garnish

Add the gin and Grand Marnier to a highball glass filled with ice cubes. Squeeze over the clementine or orange wedges, then discard the shells. Top up with the tonic water. Garnish with an extra clementine or orange wedge and a small rosemary sprig.
