BOURBON HIGHBALL

This tall, fortifying drink introduces a touch of smoke to the sweet whiskey highball. Jim Beam’s spin on vanilla and oak is immediately soaked up by the charred, woody bubbles of Fever-Tree Smoky Ginger Ale to create a hazy, lazy cocktail – perked up with a sharp orange twist.

 

• 50ml (2fl oz) Jim Beam Bourbon

• Fever-Tree Smoky Ginger Ale, to top up

• Twist of orange peel, to garnish

 

Pour the bourbon into a highball glass filled with ice cubes. Top up with the ginger ale. Garnish with a twist of orange peel.

 

WITH A TWIST

• 50ml (2fl oz) Jim Beam Bourbon

• 25ml (5 teaspoons) peach pur.e

• Fever-Tree Smoky Ginger Ale, to top up

• Twist of orange peel, to garnish

 

Add the bourbon and the peach purée to a highball glass. Top with ice cubes and stir well. Top up with the ginger ale. Garnish with a twist of orange peel.
