Pimm’s & Lemonade from Claridge’s – The Cocktail Book

Makes 1 drink

INGREDIENTS:

50ml (2fl oz) Pimm’s No 1 Cup

1 dash of Angostura bitters

Fever-Tree Sicilian Lemonade (to top up),

TO GARNISH:

Orange wedge

Lemon slice

Cucumber slice

A strawberry

Mint sprig

METHOD:

Build the Pimm’s and bitters into a chilled highball filled with ice cubes, then top up with the lemonade. Garnish with an orange wedge, a slice of lemon, a slice of cucumber, half a strawberry and a mint sprig.
