Irish Highball

This classic drink is bubbling with heritage and history. Ireland is home to a proud whiskey-making tradition and thought to be the birthplace of ginger ale. We’ve brought both together in this simple and yet elegant highball, with a twist of lemon adding a bitter edge to the warmth and spice of the ginger.

50ml (2fl oz) Jameson Whiskey

Fever-Tree Ginger Ale, to top up

Twist of lemon peel, to garnish Pour the whiskey into a highball glass filled with ice cubes. Top up with the ginger ale. Garnish with a twist of lemon peel.
