Lauren D’Silva is the founder of Touchstones School of Crystal Therapy and was the Chair of the Affiliation of Crystal Healing Organisations (ACHO) between 2014 and 2020. Lauren is an experienced healer and fully qualified teacher with over 30 years of teaching experience. She enjoys empowering others through healing, teaching and her writing. She believes in giving people the opportunities and skills to make transformational changes for themselves.
